1 unbaked 9-inch deep-dish pie shell

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Position the rack in the center. -
Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour and sugar until evenly combined. -
Add Wet Ingredients:
Add cooled melted butter, beaten eggs, and vanilla. Stir until just smooth. -
Fold in Chocolate & Walnuts:
Gently fold in chocolate chips and chopped walnuts until evenly distributed. -
Fill the Pie Shell:
Pour mixture into the unbaked pie crust. Smooth the top with a spatula. -
Bake:
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and just set with a slight jiggle in the center. -
Cool & Serve:
Allow the pie to cool for at least 10–15 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature—optionally with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
